Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On March 24, 2020, Antero Resources Corporation (“Antero Resources”) will participate in the Scotia Howard Weil Energy Conference. The presentation materials, which are available on Antero Resources’ website at www.anteroresources.com, contain an updated capital budget for Antero Midstream Corporation (the “Company”), which has been reduced to a range of $250 million to $275 million from a range of $300 million to $325 million.
